Price and Specifications

• Prices offered by Takara Company, Canada, (hereinafter Takara) are Ex-Works Takara, Mississauga, Ontario.
• Prices, specifications, design and availability are subject to change/discontinuation with or without prior notice. Takara reserves the right to make changes in design and improvement in equipment without imposing any obligation upon the company to install same on products heretofore manufactured.

Minimum order amount

There is minimum order amount. Dealers are supposed to contact Takara for details.

Order and Acknowledgement

• All orders will be processed upon receipt of emailed, faxed or mailed order in a form of a purchase order, after prices, lead times and availability of the goods are reviewed.
• Processed equipment orders will be acknowledged in writing after credit clearance is obtained.

Cancellations

• Orders are acknowledged with the understanding and agreement that they cannot be cancelled except by mutual consent and may be subject to cancellation charges commensurate with work done and material purchased.
• Any item with marked special order, custom order and any order with color selection (chairs and bowls except for promotional models) cannot be cancelled.

Shipping

Shipments are supposed to be arranged by customer or authorized dealers. Pick-up shall be arranged by them, or they are supposed to give account number of freight company or parcel service prior to delivery date.

Freight Insurance

Customers or authorized dealers are expected to arrange a proper insurance. Takara will not be liable for damage by freight or parcel service.

Installation and After-sale service

• Takara is not responsible for installation or aftersales service visit of its equipment or Licensed professional at the authorized dealer is responsible for the above.
• Takara is, however, grateful to do technical support to dealer technicians remotely, to do technical training to them, or to accept customer’s equipment brought to Takara’s facility for repair.

Damages / Shortage

• Upon pick-up or receipt, carefully inspect shipment to be certain all packages on the bill of lading are If there is damage or shortage, it must be noted on freight bill by the delivering agent. If there is concealed damage, it is customer’s responsibility to immediately obtain an inspection report. Our responsibility ceases when we obtain receipted bill of lading, however, we are happy to assist in filling claims, if we are furnished with proper documents.

• All merchandise is quality inspected and packed in perfect condition when given over to the Once it is accepted by a carrier, that carrier assumes full responsibility for its safe delivery. All claims for shortage, loss or damage must be filed with the carrier, not with Takara. If damage or loss are found, the claim to the carrier must be promptly filed in writing together with the supporting documents including, but not limited to photos of packages and merchandise.
